I didn't take measurements, but I did go from a size 14 jean, down to a current size 45

I'm 5'4
Started at 157lbs and now at 118
Waist started at 29.5, now 24.5
Hips started at 40.5, now at 35
Thighs started at 24.5, now at 21 1/44 -
I measure every month and have since I started. Down 52 lbs and on maintenance. I'm 66 years old. 15 months to lose the weight; originally US size 14/16 now Ladies 2/4 or Petite 4/6. (Medium).
Height 5'2.5"
Starting weight 179
Starting measurements 42/32/42
Current weight 127
Current measurements 36/28/362 -
Height - 5'2"
Starting weight - 244
Starting measurements 42 - 38 - 52.5
Current weight - 160.2
Current measurements 32 - 28.5 - 40 due to vacation/stress weight. Generally my measurements are 31 - 27 - 38 and my weight is 155-157, doing a 60 day toning and triming crunch right now1 -
5'3
Started at 179 lbs in November, joined MFP end of December (was using my doctor's program before that), Weighed in at 149.4 this mor ning.
Waist started at 39, now at 32.
Hips started at 42, now at 38.
Gone from size 16 jeans to 12, almost down to 10, and I've had to replace two swimsuits since November.
I lost weight from my butt and hips first, so for the first few months, my waist/hip ratio, which is the measurement my doctor clings to instead of BMI, actually went UP, instead of down. That was super discouraging! Now my back and belly fat are catching up.2 -
5'6" and pear-shaped
SW: 210-230 (at least 210, but I might have been weighed higher at a doctor's office)
CW: 130(ish)
Waist: 39in (XL-XXL shirt), now around 25 (XS-S shirt... I also lost my entire chest)
Hips: 49in (18/20 pants), now around 35 (6 pants)1 -
Wow! Well done everyone, really impressive results!0

Lost weight slowly but consistently with a small deficit. Changed the way I eat and view food. Became more active; I have a Fitbit and now get 25,000 steps per day, including lifting weights and some cardio 3x per week. Weight lifting changed my body composition right from the beginning -- highly recommend.0 -
I wish I had taken all over measurements. I did my waist though. 1 1/2 years ago it was 57", now it's 43". Getting there0

Weighing all my food was the big thing. Losing is all about calories. I also made sure I got all my protein in daily.
As far as exercise, I do some walking and a little cardio at the gym. I primarily lift weights though.
