Hi everyone. Alright, not strictly true. I have been here before but never stuck to any fitness plans or what I wanted to lose. I have trouble staying motivated and prefer to sit at my computer and procrastinate rather than get up and do something. My eating habits are horrid too. I fear if I continue to sit and pile on weight, I'm going to do myself damage. I'm taking the leap now and I'd appreciate anyone's help to keep motivated. I have done this before and lost some weight but gave up. I need to do this for me. I'm miserable.

Forgot to say, I'm Kristina, 25 from Scotland, UK!

    Greetings! I've been where you are now. Could never stick to it. Been on here two weeks so far and also need friends to keep me on track. You can do this. Just take one day at a time.

    I recognise a few of those habits in my life too! But have made a decision now to make some changes! We can do this!!
