I am trying to meet certain macro goals each day. What I've been having trouble with is logging my workouts. How do you log your mentions since they are not like any of the exercises listed on MyFitnessPal?

Yup! I'm what is formerly known as CrossFit Endurance. So my program is mostly WODs and running. I row a lot also. Most of losing weight with high intensity exercise is fueling just enough to keep burning the fat off your body and recovering. Lowering the intensity, eating clean and still getting your cardio in there. Let me know if you have any questions! I lost almost 50 lbs the first couple months of this year and still going.

I wear a HR monitor, so I just have that auto posting, if you want to know your calories. its tough since its a mix of strength and "cardio" while not taking into account interval/circuits and afterburn effects. There IS a crossfit designation in the cardio section, and the calories per minute is fairly high, so don't eat back all your calories. maybe start with half depending on how you have them. I don't eat back anything the way I have mine. I have a slight deficit and use exercise to create more of the deficit.

You'll lose weight doing CrossFit if your diet is good. Crossfit won't make up for poor eating, though the damage won't be as noticeable.

Are you really asking how people are losing weight, or how they are doing at losing weight while doing Crossfit.

I've been doing crossfit since January and haven't lost anything. I've been eating to maintain my weight. I'm 133 and have stayed at this weight. I count my macros and log everything I eat. I find counting macros helps the most. A lot of people at my box do that method and try to stick with starchy carbs. No white carbs. I use a fitbit that syncs to myfitness pal so whatever I burn during crossfit is logged already which is pretty cool.
