Hello strangers,
I stumbled upon this app a few years back when I first started training.
Stopped using it after I got used to the lifestyle.
I stopped training properly for the last 6 months due to injuries, plus my diet's been atrocious as well.
I've got back into training the past month and it's been going well.
Thought I'd join the community this time instead of lurking.
I'm male, 32, 5'11, 20%bf, 80kg from London.
I box twice a week, lift 3-4 times a week, like to do sprints every few days and 30-45 mins of slow jogging after most lifting sessions.
I'm a big fan recomps, don't like straight bulking or cutting.
I'd like to get my bodyfat back down to 10% whilst maintaining or even increasing muscle mass (I've done this before, so I know it's possible)
I've also started doing stretches daily to help with my tight hips.
I've set my daily cals to 2400 and will adjust every week based on what I see on the mirror.
I feel like a noob with regards to diet, haven't a clue as to what my macros should be either.
This is one of the primary reasons I downloaded the app, to log and tweak based on results.
I hope I will benefit from my stay here and look forward to meeting you all.
Warm regards,
