It depends on your goals and training experience. If your goal is aesthetics and your relatively new to lifting, I'd probably eat at around maintenance for about 6 months then reevaluate based on your physique at that time.0

The first 6 months in the gym is where you will see the most results if you stick to it. Id say keep eating as you do and lift 4-6 times a week and you should lose some fat and gain some decent muscle. After six months you should be able to see if you want to cut and get the muscle to really show or if you may be happy with your body fat % and keep bulking to increase size.1
