Please post here any food labels you have found to be misleading or incorrect. I'll start. So-called "no calorie" cooking spray is 100% OIL- and has exactly the same nutritional value and calories as ANY OTHER OIL!
[Legally, if something has less than .5 of something they can say it's "zero". So all they do is tweek the serving size so that it is so small that it has less than .5g - I think it's something like a 1/3rd of a second spray. Yeah- right.]
