Give me an advice

Hey everyone,well,in the morning I ate 1 greek yogurt(160kcal) and bran flakes(60kcal) but because some friends gave me a eastern bread I ate 1 large slice which has about(200kcal) can someone give me advice about what I should eat the rest of the day because I not want to gain weight.

    Anything that fits into the rest of your daily calorie allowance...

    So, that's still a lot of calories left for the day. What's the problem? Eat whatever you like that fits into that.
