Helloo everybody!
It will be great to hear from anybody who has already achieved their goal, or has seen some results or anybody just starting out too!
I am just starting now. My goal is to gain some muscle and lost fat. Overall I'd like to reduce my scale weight by 5kg (therefore net of muscle gained and fat lost).
For the next 12 to 16 weeks this my mission. Good luck to all of you too!!!
