Bought an exercise bike yesterday. Picked it up today. Been staring at the box for 3 hours. I have a serious case of the lazies lately. :ohwell:
I've also put on 3.3 lbs in the last three days! Although I've been eating like crap for the last few days I've never gone as high as maintenance so this has to be mega water retention. I noticed today that my socks were making a dent in my legs. I can't remember ever being this puffed up.0 -

I acutally rolled my @$$ out of bed this morning and went for a jog before finishing getting ready to leave on my trip. I would not have done that 2-3 months ago.
Monday: Water: 106 fl oz Exercise minutes: 60 (no extra minutes)
Tuesday: Water: 96 fl oz Exercise minutes: 74 mintues (15 extra minutes)
Wednesday: Water: 128 fl oz Exercise minutes: off day
Thursday: Water: 90 fl oz Exercise minutes: 107 minutes (30 extra minutes)
Friday: Water: Exercise minutes: 25 (normal is an hour on fridays but I wasn't planning on doing anything since I was going on vacation and driving 9 hours today)

Day 2-Tuesday, bike ride and Tummy Tuck. I actually rode for about an hour and it was 9.1 miles. It was really nice. The weather has cooperated for us this week and it has been beautiful. I did see several runners while I was riding around and really wished I was running with them, but yes, I know, no running for me. I can work through this. I then ate my dinner and then did Tummy Tuck. I love that ab workout and I hate it. Sure can feel the abs burn, such a great feeling.
Day 3-Wednesday, Rest day, band practice. So, I did take a rest day. Had band practice and then I decided since I was in town to go watch "Eclipse". So, did not get home until Midnight and in bed by 12:30am.
Feeling very tired this morning and I have pinched a nerve in my neck. I am now having a headache with slight nausea. UGH!!! Hopefully it will work itself out. PAIN PAIN go away. Oh yeah, my ankle is starting to feel better. If it's not one thing it is another. WHEN WILL IT EVER END??? :explode:
Day 4-Thursday, another rest day. I woke up this morning with a horrible pain in my neck and back. It just felt like someone was holding me back from everything. I was also feeling nausiated. UGH!!! I did get to sing The National Anthem last nite for the car races and get to do it again tonite.
Obviously, now, no upper body workout until my neck and back are better. UGH!!! At least I get to sing. LOL
Day 5-Friday. Starting out well with a great breakfast and morning snack.

I think this is going to be my first week with no loss, or maybe even a gain. I went up 3.3 lbs this week and have dropped 2.7 so far. Even if I'm down .6 lbs in the morning I've only broken even this week. Need to get my butt back to the gym.

This is the first week in the last month that I've been home to weigh in every day. I didn't use to find it nerve racking, but fluctuation like this was never my norm. Glad this week is over.
