I've recently gone from being a lazy student to working two jobs, and I'm really struggling with fitting in food and eating the best things at the times that I have available. Any tips on what to eat, what to take to work as snacks and what to avoid would be really appreciated :) And when to fit in a work out too!
My average schedule is starting work at 11am, and finishing around 10.30pm, with a break between jobs at 5.30pm.
I don't really get a proper lunch break so I usually end up going for unhealthy, very quick snacks between jobs and then getting home ravenous!
Thanks in advance MFPs! :)

Workout before work. Get up an hr before you usually do and get your workout in then.

Do you have a fridge or anything at work?

Start prepping your meals for the day the night before. Or if you have a day off, prep meals for several days ahead of time.

I plan my whole day of food the night before work. It really, really helps!

I usually eat every 2 hours at work, i bring something for breakfast like oatmeal i can cook in the microwave or eggs around 8, then about 10 i snack on carrots and then something like a salad for lunch or cottage cheese and crackers (and i usually walk at my lunch time too) and a piece of fruit around 2 or 3.

There are vending machines stocked with very unhealthy food or someone is bringing in doughnuts all the time so i find if i have something that i brought i am not as tempted to eat the unhealthy food.

plus if i plan the night before i know how much i need to work off in exercise.
