Hi
Looking to add in weight lifting and looking for a recommended plan. All body x 3/week ideally. I have bowfkex dumbbells going from 5 to 52 lbs each. Thanks in advance!

Thanks! Heard great things of that book/program. Just a question though - it can be done at home with just a set of dumbbells?0

To me any of the Tony Horton DVD sets are great. I've done 10 minute trainer which is a basic in intro the old P90 P90X and the newPower 90.
If you follow the program the way it's meant to be they do work
