Scale + Heart Rate Monitor

Hi!
So, I'm trying to decide what scale to get. I also am looking into a heart rate monitor. I don't need anything with fancy bells and whistles. Just something that is an accurate measure of weight/heart rate and calories burned.
Any suggestions?
As for the scale, I'm totally lost on which one. The one I have now is awful.
Heart rate monitors - I was looking at the Polar FT4.
I really don't want to spend a ton of money.
Advice?

I had the polar ft4 and I now have the ft 7 which I like a ton better. It gets my fat burning heart rate based on that day, because each day is different for me. It really makes me work harder in my workouts. As for a scale I have a weight watcher scale that lets me put in my information for height and age to help calculate bmi. The scale works for up to 4 people so it works for hubby as well.0
