Any one into that type of diet?!
On this plan, you fast for a full 24 hours once or twice per week, eating sensibly (higher protein, minimizing processed foods, etc.) the rest of the week. It’s flexible: You can choose whichever 24 hours you want.

    lol, i like eat stop eat better than IF though, it sounds more like a dr Suess diet.

    To me, that's the opposite of flexible. I eat and stop eating too, but four times a day :D
