Looking to add a few friends to help motivate and support me.

Hi, I am looking for a few people to be friends with who can and will encourage me to do my steps. I have little to no motivation right now but I am hoping that will change with some support. I have been using a fitbit of one kind or another for several years now. A couple of years ago, I began walking and felt challenged because I had a friend, in another city, who used fitbit as well. She has moved on to an Apple Watch and now I do not feel competitive with anyone. I do not currently do much walking but my daily goal is still 10,000 steps. I am looking for someone who also walks less than 10,000 a day so I don't get frustrated because I can never make it to their level. Please add me if you like. https//www.fitbit.com/user/2FBNV6

I am a Garmin user.. You can still feel free to add me.. As for 10K steps a day, you will find out that it isn't as hard as you think once you get started. Try parking your car farther away. Breaks at work take a quick small walk. You don't have to walk 5 miles at once.. Check the groups section. You can find other fitbit wearers there.. Again, you can always add me.. Good luck, Roy1
