After a lifetime of mainly focusing on diets - usually extreme one, while not focusing on health and fitness I'm ready to try something new. I'm going to try focusing on fitness combined with nutritious food in modest portions. I would like to loose about 30 pounds of fat while gaining muscle with strength training. I'm a South African living in British Columbia for 20 years now and would love to find some online support. I'd also like to do a weight loss challenge if anyone is up for it.
