    Hi everyone,

... Instead of struggling in a world where you “must” (unhappily) deprive yourself of everything you enjoy, aim to live the healthiest life you can while continuing to be happy (lesson #1). Recognize and appreciate that your version of “healthiest, happiest life” looks different than someone else’s and even your own version can vary in response to a variety of factors - some days that may mean you eat more or “junkier” food than others. That doesn’t mean you’ve failed. The path to “success” is continuous, but far from linear.

Thank you for reminding me that I don't need to be perfect.

And I will echo others- great job on your journey the past 11 months.

This is an amazing post imbued with thoughtful insight and some sound personal introspective detective work that can benefit us all. Thank you!

Isn't it amazing when we choose to be happy and healthy, the habits and environmental factors that potentially sabotage those goals fall to the wayside and are replaced with new habits and new environments that foster these said positive changes?!

It's nice when it finally "clicks" as it seems to have done for you. Congrats, and you are the raddest baddest :)
