losing weight is a struggle

Losing weight is starting to become very hard and exercise is becoming Really hard ... Does anyone have any suggestions? Also i would love to be you guys friends so add me...

    I don't want to sound glib- but for me it has been easy. Way easier than I ever imagined- and I wish I would have figured it out decades ago. I have "released" 29 lbs since Jan 1 w/out ever feeling hungry or deprived. What are you finding hard about it?

    You have to get out of your own head. What has helped me is planning ahead. Making sure every meal has a solid source of protein and drink A LOT of water/zero calorie fluids. Also, waiting until my stomach growls to actually eat! That is huge! I'm convinced most "eating" we do is out of boredom/habit not hunger. I chew gum between meals sometimes and that has also helped me a bunch.

    This is me as well. I've found losing weight is actually quite easy. The hardest part has all been mentality and such. At least for me, it has.

    How is it feeling hard for you? Are you restricting too much? Doing too much exercise or going balls to the wall, etc?
