Been having a hard time with the stress of helping my Mom & Dad, since they moved in with us. My Dad is physically limited & he needs my help off & on. Then trying to get the honey dues and have dinner cooked when she gets home. I am a stress eater & this has been a tough battle to fight. I was doing real good for a year & a half, then when moved my parents and us to a bigger house. My top weight about 3 years ago, was 345 lbs. The lowest weight I reached was 265 lbs. The stress eating began to slip in. I did good for 18 months staying between 270 & 280, I'm 6'4" & dropped from a 46" waist pants to 42" & some of my pants 40". In the last month I reached the 290 lbs mark, my danger High limit. Today I weighted in at 284.4 lbs. My goal is 250 lbs. It sucks to have to weigh the good and evil on everything you choose to eat. Any advice will be deeply appreciated.

when i feel really stressed and i am in the middle of working or doing something. i time my exercise for 1 minute or 2 minutes and do cardio as hard as i can or walk as fast as i can for 1 or 2 minutes it somehow helps my stress decrease. and hey it will help add to my real workout later. also i stress eat you can have 9 hershey kisses for 200 calories let them melt in your mouth and spread them throughout the day. or another go to for not having calories is fudge pops take a few minutes to eat since frozen and only 40 calories. good luck.
