Cut up into chips back in oven 30 mins till slightly crisp.. Salt and vinegar healthy alternative to chips mm

    That's how I roast beets - they taste as good as sweet potatoes

    Yeah, OP, part of your recipe seems to be missing, can you fix it? I love sweet potato wedges, a new recipe is always welcome. Our do you mean chips in the American sense?

    I didn't used to like sweet potatoes until a friend made wedges. Now I like them in various ways but wedges are the best imo.
