Starting over again...Need HELP!!!!

Hi everyone! I'm Brandie. I've been on this site numerous times, but this time I need to stick to my goals. I moved from Virginia to Nevada a year and a half ago. When I got to Nevada, I started eating very badly. I haven't seen the doctor for a couple years now, so I went to the doctor a few weeks ago, and found out that my A1C is very high and so are my blood sugar levels. Yep, I'm a diabetic. She had to put me straight on insulin. The doctor says I need to lose weight and get strict about my diet. So, now I'm back on this site, and I desperately need some help staying on task.
