25lbs to loose...on plateau!!

Ive lost 30 so far..which is good!! ive god 25 more to go...which is bad :yawn: Ive been the same weight give or take a couple of pounds since march...feeling frustrated and lost

    Check your calorie intake, it changes as you lose weight. Every 10 pounds or so should mean a different number for you. If you've been exercising regularly (especially if you've been following the same program) try changing it up, try a new type of exercise, a longer period of exercise, or take a week off to allow your body to decondition slightly before jumping back in. Your body will not be so used to the exercise after that short time, so it may stimulate new loss. The biggest thing though is that it always comes down to calories in vs calories out. Make sure your daily count is low enough for your lighter body and don't give up!!!!!
