Hello so I just have a question regarding the macros settings. I am 5'4 average frame trying to tone up and show more muscle definition. Maybe drop 5 lbs or so or even just turn it into muscle. Anyways I have my macros set for 45 percent protein 35 percent carbs and 20 percent fat. Does that sound appropriate for what I am trying to do? Not sure on where I should have them set I am aiming for high protein low fat. Minimal carbs. Any advice appreciated thanks in advance. My weight is at 134 right now.

Looks good to me, you can always tweak fat up and carbs down 5% if needs be in time.1

45% protein sounds a little high to me. I believe general recommendation would be .65 to 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, .35 to .45 grams of fat per pound and the reminder in carbs. So at 134 lbs that should be
134 * .65 or 134 * 1 = 87 to 134 grams of protein = 348 to 536 calories
134 * .35 or .45 = 47 to 60 grams of fat = 423 to 540 calories
Remainder of calories from carbs.
