Hey everyone,

Does anybody know of a (good) app to create your routine, track sets and weights per exercise and per set? Something similar to 5x5 but customisable to whatever exercise I’m doing and the amount of sets and reps.

I don’t want to be around with an excel sheet and it’s a pain to write it down in the notepad.

You can build your routine on their website (not sure it can be done within the app) or if it's an established program you can search and see if someone has already created the routine.

Once created you can plug in weight and reps of your sets. There is a timer between sets and between exercises.

I use JeFit to keep track of reps and create circuits etc. It's pretty useful.
