    very discouraging but I know most people do put their weight back on. Habits are hard to change. I believe we can if we stay vigilant, watch everything we put in our mouth is the only way

    As someone else said in another thread - most of them still kept off at least 10% of their initial weight which still has signficant health bonuses.
    It is not shocking that someone who did nothing but exercise for hours a day and ate very little gained their weight back. If anything, it should be a lesson in slow and steady; learning good habits vs starvation.
