Hi Mark! I've had the same addiction for a while. It's a habit I just can't kick. I guess I'll just have to live with it, and my increasingly awesome body. Such a shame.1

My form is awful, always feel it in my lower back. Plus my left shoulder is a little iffy0 -

I have horrible t spine, shoulder mobility so should stuff is just nasty but I do it0 -

deadlifts and squats... or if you are more adventurous jefferson deadlifts FTW (they are kinda a cross between squatting and deadlift. Easy to go super heavy on the, heavier than conventional)0
