Pilates

Hi there!

I have recently added strength building activities to my fitness routine. I do my cardio on MWF and as many sets of squats, planks, and wall push ups as I can on T/Th/Sun (I'm adding in weighted arm exercises this week, but don't know what they're all called). On those days I also do Pilates, I have a few videos and lots of YouTube options so I switch it up often but it's mostly leg work/abs. If I don't overdo it on squats (they're body weight only, after all) is it safe to do my pilates daily if I feel up for it or should I keep it only on strength days?

If you feel up to it. But i would do it after strength training, not before.

By the way, exercises for the pushing muscles (pushups, etc) should be balanced with about the same number of sets as the pulling muscles (dumbbell rows, etc). :+1:
