Good morning protein shake

Hi my name is Lee. I go by the name of Leroy. Every morning I make my protein shake with Atkins chocolate delight, 2 cups of frozen spinach leaves. One eighth of a small apple and a half or a quarter of a small navel orange and 3 strawberries. Blend it up drink it down it's 235 calories. I freeze the spinach that I buy fresh cuz I can crumble it up and put it in my shake. I also freeze the apple and the strawberries but I like the fresh Taste of the orange. I'm a diabetic so this is satisfying feeling and low and sugar only 9 grams of fat 1 of sugar. I love it and sometimes I have it for lunch too. I am going to be 64 in June. I went from 154 pounds to 143 or 144 as of this date
