Found my equalibrium!

I just eat when I feel hungry. If I eat too much at one meal, I find that I don't want to eat much for the next.

Biggest thing was societal pressure. If you're at a meal and you only get a cup of soup, it looks bad. I mention that breakfast was four chorizo and egg tacos, and that somehow makes up for it.

As a large man who used to lift (haven't in years), I'm expected to eat a lot. A lot of masculanity is held up in how much I can pack away.

Anyhow. Getting away from the 3 meals (or 5 now?) helps. Don't have to clean my plate. If my meal gets cold, I'll save it for tomorrow. If I'm hungry, I'll grab a snack. If I'm really hungry, I'll stuff myself. Evens out on the next light meal as I'm not hungry.

Anyways! I'm at my goal weight of 190lbs at 5'9". Now to start lifting again!
