MACROS

I am new to the whole macros thing but I have a pretty good understanding of it all. I am trying to find good wholesome foods with a balance of macros. I am a 24 yr old female. My daily calorie intake is between 1500 to 2000 a day. Help with foods I should be eating? Nutritionists out there?

What kind of balance are you looking for? No single food is "perfectly" balanced, every food has some component of all three macros in different distributions.

Try a banana avocado ham sandwich.

Total dietary macros matter, the macros of individual foods do not need to be "balanced".0 -
When your tracking macros and have a set calorie target, you can eat whatever you want!0

This is why I prelog my meals.
To hit macro targets. My smoothie this morning for example was pretty good..almost half my protein in now...1/3 carbs.0
