Long-time MFP user, just added FitBit. First time on the message boards. I'm most interested in diet and exercise tips. I love my chocolate and I budget into my daily calorie goals, but open to any alternative where I can "trick" my body into thinking it's getting real chocolate. Slowly increasing overall exercise and introducing more exercises. Trying to alternate weight-lifting and cardio days.
