Finding it hard to eat 2350 calories a day to weight for muscle mass. Advice?

Both threads will help. But also, stop putting erroneous limitations on foods. Those limitations are what is holding you back.1 -
First, worry about hitting your protein and fat goals. Chicken is easy for that (one cup, diced, is 56g protein). Then eat a brownie or something...1
