What are some of your favorite low calorie meals? Where do you look for recipe inspiration? Have any recipes you'd like to share?

    I do tacos. Tacos are so easy to make in a way that is filling and delicious. Grilled fish, chicken, stuffed with cabbage or shredded lettuce, a variety of beans...so much you can do.

    I try to eat a lot of vegetables, salad and chicken. I honestly just like my chicken with a little bit of salt added, i find it super delicious for some reason.

    One of my other meals would be a bowl of salad with like half of a chicken breast shredded into it with a little bit of onion ring salad topper with a little bit of shredded cheddar cheese. I use light cheese fantastico salad dressing and omg i am in love. Its so good i look forward to the nights i make this salad.

    Another thing i do is put a spoonful of i cant believe its not butter in a pan and cook some asparagus with some sliced zucchini and roll them in the butter then when its close to being done i sprinkle some garlic salt and Parmesan cheese on them and man are they good!

    You can have both those together and still be around 700-800 calories. the salad is like 400ish (being generous) and the cooked vegetables is like 300 (being generous as well).

    We buy roitissire chicken and eat with some sauteed or grilled veggies and cut up raw veggies with salad dressing.
