So I started (back) on my fitness plan yesterday tracking all food. Today I start walking a little more. I hope to walk for at least 30 minutes even though it is raining.

    I love walking in the rain but then again it does not rain very much here where I live :)

    Thanks for your good wishes. Where in the world are you? I'd love to have a little less rain. I know it's needed for us to have a green and pleasant land but a little less would still do it! :smile:
