Help with setting up a circuit at the Gym...

I was given a free week at LA Fitness, and I am going to check them out tomorrow for the first time.
I have not worked out in gym in over 15 years, and am MUCH bigger then I was then. I want to try to set up a circuit to target the muscle groups, and give rest to the ones that have been worked.
I will be doing a fair bit of cardio also.
What does your gym circuit routine look like? What order do you work out muscle groups in a week?
Any help, tips and ideas would be very helpful!
Thanks in advance
