i dont want to do nothing today!

:grumble: :grumble: I feel great today, but yesterday i felt like a lazy fat, miserable person. i didnt want to move or excercise. do any of u go thru that?

    The trick I do is to tell myself the night before what I'm going to do the following day-whether it be go to the gym, walk/run around the park, or use youtube fitness videos. Then when the following day comes I have to do that workout first thing in the morning. If I don't do it in the morning, then it gives me an open window to weasel out of the workout for the day. And yes! I always feel like I don't want to do anything but that will get me nowhere in this weight loss journey! :)
