No matter how I'm eating and exercising I'm still at the same weight 2 weeks later . I'm feeling frustrated and mad at myself

are you weighing all your food on a digital food scale?

There are so many posts on this subject where the OP gives no information and a closed diary.
Are you logging food & exercise, what are your stats, how much weight are you trying to lose, how many calories a day are you eating etc etc?

Two weeks isn't long. Keep going, you'll see results

The numbers may not change initially but a good gauge is how your clothes look and feel on

@ncmonsalve we need more info to be able to give well-informed advice. e.g. are you weighing and tracking everything? have you already lost some weight and are hitting a plateau etc.

New exercise can cause water retention. If you're not weighing your food and keeping an accurate food log that's a good place to start;)
