Starting my fitness journey, the most I weighed was 193. This was a sudden realization that this could not go longer. I ate only salad and lost 13 lbs in 3 weeks. I was always 180lbs for a long time even before I gained up to 193 so now that I am back to 180, I can't seem to lose weight. It is also important to note that I am vegan since January 2016.

You need to log your calories and use a food scale to weigh everything to maintain a calorie deficit. If you eat too much you will not lose weight. It's all calories in/calories out.2
