How do I add friends?

I just started this program, in my 40's and looking for motivated friends!

    Go to the profile of the person you want to add and click "Add As Friend"

    One more question, how do I add vitamins intake??

    You can add them with the meals you are taking them or create a separate diary category for vitamins and supplements. New diary categories can be added in the Diary Settings
