heavy lifting/eating questions...

I am 5ft 6 /134lbs I have lost almost 80lbs had my bf measured and was at19% but put 6 lbs back on so it is a bit higher. I did/do bodypump which is a high rep/low weight class which combined with P90X gave me my original weight loss. Now I have started weight training with my brother using heavy weights mostly compound lifts. My question is...since I am changing my focus from losing weight/the number on the scale to losing enough fat to show the muscles I DO have ( gaining a bit more wouldn't be bad ~more booty & biceps please!) what do I do about eating....I set my calories up higher (1700) but that makes me SO NERVOUS!
Please help.
Please help.
