I used to exercise on a treadmill (it started squeaking like crazy and no longer under warranty) I don't really have the money to get another at the moment. I bought an aerostep, I'm trying to figure out how many calories I burn. I am not using real bad intensity only with 1" extra things to increase height. I use 5lbs dumbbell in the right hand, and 1lbs in the other (because of issues)
I am trying to figure out how many calories I burn. I weigh 270 right now. I tried searching online for calculators I just run into ones saying 150 calories to another 300 calories for 20 minutes. I do feel more intensity on this than I did on a treadmill. (Less boring) as well.
I know it'll be hard to guess. What would be an estimate? That would be about right or close?
