Today i ate 3000 calories and burned 1000 calories my TDEe is around 2700

Well your tdee includes exercise doesn't it, being your total daily energy expenditure.
But I am going to assume you mean that's your tdee before exercise.
So you did create a deficit. 2700+1000 being 3700, less 3000 is a deficit of 700.
Assuming your numbers are accurate. People often over estimate exercise and underestimate food.0 -
Assuming you mean your daily expenditure, without exercise, is 2700 cals, and as long as your calorie count is accurate and you are not over estimating your calorie burn, then yes.0
