    Don't go too extreme too fast. I find when I try all or nothing I end up giving up quickly. It's much easier to slowly ease into a new program

    I love that article, it spoke right to me soul! I think ditching the black or white thinking is totally key. Each day is an opportunity to learn even more about yourself and how to shape this healthy lifestyle you want. it's not about anyone else's rules, just what works best for you.
