Fat loss

Does anyone have some tips on how to lose fat? I've already reached my weight goal, but I feel like there hasn't been much progress in terms of physique. I want to try to lose fat and gain some muscle, seeing I feel like one of the weakest people I know. I strength train three days a week, and have been doing so for a while. I've definitely gained some definition in my muscles but I feel like fat is all still there. I know I'm not going to see results right away, but I just want to make sure I'm on the right path to fat loss. So do any of you have any tips on how to burn fat efficiently diet wise (if that's even possible), like what are some of your favorite "clean" foods and what are your favorite exercises to do? I'd like to get more of a variety of strength training moves for each major muscle group, and I wanted to know what you all do. Thanks for the help!

    If you have a decent amount of fat to lose, continue your deficit while you lift. If you don't, eat at maintenance and make sure you are on a program with a progressive overload. Just choose something like Strong Lifts 5x5.
