Fitbit app syncing problems??

Is anyone having problems syncing to the fitbit app? I just got a fitbit and I have it set as the app to receive my steps, but it's not getting them. What do?

I have this problem too. Mine only syncs my Fitbit scale, not my Fitbit watch

I have a Charge HR. I have found that if it hasn't synced to MFP, I can open the MFP app on my phone or tablet and then open the Fitbit app and let it sync to my watch. After that it usually sends the data to MFP.

Come on MFP - seems like this inability to sync with Fitbit been going on for months and no fix - Same problem with no sync from my Fitbit Surge!

I have just restarted using MFP and was excited that it would link with my Fitbit but although it says i have chosen the option it is not recording steps - any other ideas?
