    Not using MFP properly.
    Choosing arbitrary numbers.
    Not logging properly.
    Not weighing food.
Ignoring potential health concerns (not pooping!).
Current medical condition (4th round of new meds, multiple).
    Focus solely on the scale.

Honestly, you must not really want to lose weight, because you sure are not acting like it. You're like the guy that wants to get ripped at the gym, goes there to only hang out at the vending machine and merchandise area, then complain to people about not actually gaining muscle.

You came here already defeated and ignoring device. This isn't a 'Help me' thread, this is your own Pity Party.

Normally I'd be sympathetic and offer a ton of advice, but you aren't even trying to help yourself and you've totally waved off advice already given in the thread.

    Come back when you're serious.

I guess im gone for now then. If i have to do more and give more (which looks like the truth). Then ill come back when i have more to give.

Ok then. See ya. Seems like your justifying to yourself why you should just keep up your current nonsense.

I remember your previous thread and I am just unsure how you could gain 7 lbs if you hate eating. You also sound very down and negative most posts. That defeatist attitude will get you no where. I'm not trying to be mean and we all have our own issues to deal with but you are an active male. You shouldn't be starving or suffering in this endless cycle. Hope the drs. appt. helps.

If you log your exercise & calories it will give you a better idea of the calories going in & the calories you burn off so then it compensates & you get even more calories to eat more food always sticking to the 2k mark. If you just stick to 2k calories & not log the exercise then that is all you get & you are actually below the 2K mark which may leave you feeling so hungry.
