Quick Breakfast Ideas

Hi all - I need some help changing my breakfast up a bit. Lately, I've been eating just a high protein, low sugar yogurt for breakfast. It's been keeping me full - but I'm becoming bored eating the same thing every morning. Can you guys help me out with some breakfast suggestions that are either super quick to whip up (or I could make the night before) and/or I could eat at my desk or on the go? I have a 1yr old who I have to get to daycare in the morning, so mornings are rushed more often than not!

Thanks!

Oats with a couple of scoops of protein powder.

    Eggs

    Milk

    Fruits

Or you could blend the oats and chug it down with a protein shake.

I looooove a good bread with seeds in it, with half a mashed avocado, a drizzle of sriracha, and some tomato slices. Salt and pepper on top.

I'll have it with a bit of 2% yogurt, or some fruit.

When I'm in a hurry, one piece of toast with herb and garlic cream cheese and cucumber is quick and tasty.

Chocolate protein shake with a cup of non fat milk and a cup of either frozen raspberries or strawberries - whip up in a blender for 20-30 seconds and can even drink on the go! This is quite filling and quick. Or do overnight oats - layer up some oats, yogurt, berries and seeds/nuts if you like. Leave in the fridge overnight and its good to go in the morning. Or just bread with some meat is good.

Egg muffins! Make a dozen or so at a time. You can grab and go (eat them cold) or warm them up before eating. Add any and all kinds of veggies and/or meat.

When I'm cutting fat I typically do a shake with
    1 scoop whey
    1 cup almond milk
    2 tbsp virgin coconut oil
    Handful of strawberries
    1 banana

    When I'm gaining weight
    1.5 cups whole fat milk
    .5 cup whole oats
    1 scoop whey
2tbsp coconut oil or a nut butter
    3tbsp ground flax seed
    1 banana
    Some frozen berries

Both are great quick and easy breakfast shakes

Dump a can of sardines onto a piece of toast! That is my breakfast plan for tomorrow, with some fruit. Watch out for stinky fresh breath, though.
