Struggling to find time for exercise amongst revision and full time work, whilst trying to get at least 6 hours a night sleep. Any suggestions?

It's your schedule to juggle. Doing small chunks might work. . .(like 15 minutes at a time..)

I wake up at 4:00 or 4:30am go get my workout in. Prioritize.

You'll never find time...you make time just like you do for any other priority in your life.

My health (physical and mental) and ability to handle my day are more dependent on exercise than sleep. Unless I was getting 5 hrs or less a night consistently, I'll always be willing to wake up 30-45 min early to workout. In other words, a 30 min workout will give me more energy and mental focus than an extra 30 min of sleep most of the time.

Worst case scenario, shave 10 min off of your "getting ready" time and do high intensity something right before your shower. I've done that with burpees. 10 min of burpees is better than nothing.

I work 50 hrs a week, I have 2 kids- 1 in sports 4 nights a week. I added mini workouts to my daily routine. Each 15 minute break = 40 Jumping Jacks, 30 crunches, 20 squats, 20 push-ups. I try to walk on my lunches at least 2x a week. I started doing some BeachBody videos either first thing in the morning or before bed. I walk in place while I fold laundry, I take laps around the house, take laundry upstairs one family member at a time instead of all at once. Every little bit you can squeeze in helps!

If you're finding it hard to fit it in for a week or so while you're revising for exams, then really, does it matter? Just have a plan to fit it in when your exams are done. Life happens.

Get your sleep! It helps with weight management. Double task. Prop a book on the treadmill. Lift weights or do planks or jog in place in front of the tv. Do deep knee bends while you brush your teeth. Stand to fold clothes. Tape the lectures and listen while walking. Park in the back 40 and jog to your car. Live close? Use your feet or a bike. Use your imagination and move your body. You can do this.
