I am using a digital scale that measures by half pounds. Will it track only full number? I've lost 3.5 pounds but it says 4 pounds.

I don't think the half pounds matter long term
as long as the scale is moving down and your waist measurement is going down it should be fine1 -
What is "it"?0

MFP lets you log your weight to the 0.1 pound, however, the ticker on the home page only shows whole pounds. Don't worry about it too much.0

You're right, your home page only uses full numbers - and it's even more annoying when you work in modern numbers - I have to lose 2.2 pounds before my home page acknowleges it.
You do see more info on the progress page though - unless you work in increments of .25kg, it doesn't cope with that either!0
