Stuck!!

After 2 fantastic weeks where I lost 8lb total I have got stuck. My weight has fluctuated between 214 and 218lb BUT I have not gone over my calorie allowance once and have exercised regularly!!
I know I am not supposed to weigh more than once a week but if I look back over the last 7 days using the report feature I am still 1lb UP from this time last week.
Any advice please as this is annoying.

Your weight will always flucuate- there are a lot of reasons. Too much sodium will cause you to retain water, as will being near or on "that time of the month". Make sure you are sticking close to your calorie goal- too much work and too few calories can slow your metabolism. Switch up your workouts to keep your body guessing so it doesn't get too used to what you are doing..... these are all things that people have told me, so I hope they help. Best of luck to you!0
