Need some friends to jump in on this for motivation! I'm determined to get myself back into shape and since it takes 21 days to make or break a habit, I want to challenge myself and YOU to 30!

I'll be doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred which is free on YouTube as well as her Yoga Meltdown for the next 30 days. Feel free to choose whatever workout is best for you, this is less about losing weight and more about starting healthy habits.

    Good luck! I'd love to see the progress. 30 days is tough! On those harder days stick to something light and fun to kick it up when you're not in the mood
